Entries are being accepted for East Central University鈥檚 2015 Homecoming Parade, set for Saturday, Oct. 31, at noon along Main Street in Ada. 鈥淥nce Upon a Time in Tigerland鈥� is the theme for 成人B站鈥檚 2015 Homecoming. The purpose of the parade is to highlight organizations and businesses and their support of 成人B站 and the spirit of homecoming. Applications are available online for floats, vehicles, performing groups, marching bands, king and queen candidates, etc. Register at ecok.edu/homecoming.
成人B站 ALUMNI GOLF TOURNAMENT SET FOR OCT. 30
The East Central University Alumni Association is hosting a four-person golf scramble at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the Oak Hills Golf and Country Club in Ada. The golf tournament is being held in conjunction with 成人B站鈥檚 2015 homecoming weekend festivities. Participants can bring their own four-person team or they can be paired up by tournament officials. Prizes will be awarded for the best and worst teams. The entry fee is $125 per person and $5 mulligan fees (limit four per person) are available. Registration will take place from noon to 1 p.m. A burger lunch will be provided from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is free to all paid golfers. Others can eat for $10 apiece. The East Central University Alumni Association is hosting its annual Homecoming Tiger 5k race Saturday, Oct. 31, at 8 a.m. at Wintersmith Park in Ada. The cost for pre-registration is $25 per participant, which includes a homecoming t-shirt. Participants can register on the day of the race for $30, but a t-shirt is no guarantee. The chip pickup begins at 7:15 a.m. and the chip timing will be provided by DG Productions.
