ADA, Okla. 鈥 East Central University Percussion Ensemble students travelled to Indianapolis, Ind. this month to compete in the Percussive Arts Society International Conference (PASIC).

10 成人B站 students attended the competition with Dr. Nick Meyers, Director of Bands at 成人B站. The competition featured 20 premier ensembles in the University Division. 成人B站 scored an 81 placing them 15th while the winning score was a 94.

鈥淭his was an excellent opportunity for our students to experience an elite competition against a wide range of universities,鈥 stated Meyers. 鈥淏eing able to rank in a field this competitive is a sign that our students are of the highest level.鈥

PASIC is recognized as one of the largest drum and percussion events in the world, featuring concerts, clinics, panels and presentations given by the finest artists.
