ADA, Okla. 鈥 The Dan Hays STEM Center, currently under construction on the East Central University campus, will house a new 成人B站 Student Health Clinic.
During a recent dedication ceremony and private reception, 成人B站 President Wendell Godwin officially announced that the new facility will be named The Ramadan Student Health Services Clinic in honor of Dr. Tawfik Ramadan.
鈥淒r. Ramadan's professional service to the students of 成人B站 stretches over 40 years,鈥 said 成人B站 President Wendell Godwin. 鈥淲e are grateful for his years of service and the impact he made on the lives of our students鈥 health. His legacy will be honored forever with the naming of our student health clinic.鈥
Ramadan and his family were in attendance, along with representatives from the Valley View Foundation (VVF), including board chair Susie Bolin Summers. Artist and poet Yousef Khanfar unveiled a portrait of Ramadan and his wife, Siham Ramadan, which will be displayed in the clinic. In addition, a photo of the Ramadans, which has long been cherished on campus, will also be featured to honor their legacy of service.
Dr. Mohammad Ramadan and John Hargrave, CEO of the 成人B站 Foundation and president emeritus of 成人B站, also spoke at the event, sharing personal reflections on Dr. Ramadan鈥檚 lasting impact.
The Valley View Foundation awarded 成人B站 a $2 million donation to support the development of the Dan Hays STEM Center. As part of the Foundation鈥檚 recognition, the student health clinic will bear Ramadan鈥檚 name to honor his long-standing commitment to the health and well-being of the Ada community and the broader region.
Ramadan, widely respected for his contributions to both medicine and the community, was recently named a co-chair of the 成人B站 Forward Capital Campaign.
