Karissa Dugger (left) of Locust Grove is recognized as the recipient of the Chief Ray Farmer Memorial Scholarship at East Central University in Ada by Wayne McElhannon, director of 成人B站鈥檚 Collegiate Officer Program. The scholarship is used to defray costs for a student going through COP training which allows students to fulfill state police officer certification requirements while completing their bachelor鈥檚 degree. Dugger was honored at the annual awards and recognitions program hosted by East Central University鈥檚 Human Resources Department. The late Ray Farmer was a longtime chief of the 成人B站 Police Department.
