ADA, Okla. 鈥 East Central University鈥檚 Tiger Football team is set to compete against Northeastern State University in 7-Clans Talent Agency鈥檚 inaugural First Americans Bowl, a new postseason college football event established to elevate and empower Indigenous and minority athletes across the United States.
鈥淭he opportunity for this bowl game was one I felt we couldn't pass up,鈥 said 成人B站 head football coach, John Litrenta. 鈥淲e get one more opportunity to play together, practice together and develop this program. We get to compete! We didn't finish how we would have liked but this gives us an opportunity to avenge that and end on a high note. We are excited to play in the First Americans Bowl.鈥
The inaugural First Americans Bowl will take place Dec. 6, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Doc Wadley Stadium on the Northeastern State University campus in Tahlequah, Okla. This year鈥檚 matchup features two Nike N7鈥揳ffiliated programs with strong Native ties: the Northeastern State University RiverHawks and the 成人B站 Tigers.
7-Clans Talent Agency stated in the announcement that the event was created to, 鈥渉ighlight high-level collegiate competition while promoting long-term visibility and opportunity for Indigenous and minority athletes, the First Americans Bowl represents a meaningful step forward for cultural representation in college athletics. Announced during Native American Heritage Month, the event underscores both its cultural significance and the mission driving its creation.鈥
Proceeds from the game will directly support scholarships, youth sports programs and community initiatives that benefit Indigenous and minority athletes. Organizers plan for the First Americans Bowl to become an annual celebration of culture, athletic excellence, and community impact.
