Molecules of Nature Summer Academy at ³ÉÈËBÕ¾

For Rising 8th and 9th Grade Students

Have you ever wondered what makes bread rise, how your body relaxes after a long day, or how sunscreen protects your skin? The answer is chemistry.

Discover the science behind the molecules that shape our everyday lives at ³ÉÈËBÕ¾'s Molecules of Nature Summer Academy. This week-long residential camp gives rising 8th and 9th grade students the opportunity to explore chemistry through engaging, hands-on laboratory experiences on ³ÉÈËBÕ¾'s campus in Ada.

Participants will synthesize molecules used in medicine, food science, and agriculture while learning proper laboratory techniques, safety procedures, and how to use advanced scientific equipment.
