Esports Sticker Competition Guidelines

Theme:

Design a promotional sticker that represents the spirit and identity of the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program. These stickers will be used to promote the University and Program.

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to all current students of 成人B站 and members of the community. Participants can submit a maximum of (2) designs each.

Design Specifications:

  • Stickers must be original creations and should not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
  • Designs should be visually appealing and easily recognizable.
  • The design must prominently feature the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program logo or name. LOGO HERE
  • Designs should follow the appropriate Identity Standards of 成人B站.
  • Stickers should be suitable for promotional purposes and reflect the positive values of the esports program.
  • Under no circumstances is the use of AI allowed. This includes image generation via ChatGPT, Dall-E, and other AI programs. Students must utilize their own creativity and skill to submit a design.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Designs should be submitted in a vector format (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution raster format (e.g., PNG, JPEG) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
  • The recommended size for the sticker design is 3 inches by 3 inches (7.62 cm by 7.62 cm). However, participants can submit designs of varying dimensions, keeping in mind that they should be suitable for sticker printing and display.
  • Participants are encouraged to use the official colors of the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program.
  • Submit your design via the Microsoft form available on the website.

Judging Criteria:

  • Creativity and Originality
  • Relevance to the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program
  • Visual Appeal and Aesthetic Quality
  • Overall Impact and Effectiveness as a Promotional Sticker

Prizes:

  • The winning design will be selected by a panel of judges from the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program.
  • Prizes for 成人B站 Student submissions:
    • First Place - 30 copies of your printed design and a $50 cash prize.
    • Second Place - 20 copies of your printed design and a $30 cash prize.
    • Third Place - 10 copies of your printed design and a $20 cash prize.
  • Prizes for community submissions:
    • First Place - 30 copies of your printed design
    • Second Place - 20 copies of your printed design
    • Third Place - 10 copies of your printed design
  • Categories and Prizes may be altered depending on participation.
  • All Winners will receive recognition on the official 成人B站 Tiger Esports social media channels and website.
  • The winning designs will be printed as promotional stickers for the 成人B站 Tiger Esports Program and distributed across campus.

Rights:

  • By submitting a design, participants grant East Central University the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display the design for promotional purposes.

Note:

  • Designs that do not adhere to the guidelines will be disqualified.
  • The decision of the judging panel is final and cannot be appealed.
